There might be something fishy going on here.  Shaquille O'Neal's accuser Alexis Miller filed a restraining order against the Phoenix Suns star for threats and heavy breathing phone calls, among other things.  She alleges she is afraid for herself and her young son.  However, Ms. Miller, who also goes by her rap name, MaryJane, might not be so innocent herself....

TMZ uncovered court papers filed last year by a chick named Lakisha Renae Hall.  A judge ordered Miller to stay 500 yards away from Hall and to have zero contact with her.

As well, O'Neal isn't the only guy to get on Miller's war path.  In October of '07, Alexis "MaryJane" Miller tried to get a restraining order against Jonathan Stubbs for, get this - stalking her.  She claims he pulled a gun, shot it once and yelled, "Who were you with?"

The order was dropped because Ms. Miller didn't follow through.  Hmm, something smells bad here.
