Jamie Lynn Spears, 17, and new mom to Maddie Briann is tying the knot!  I guess this means she has forgiven Casey Aldridge for his cheatin' ways?

Jamie Lynn and Casey will reportedly say "I do" in a fall ceremony, most likely on their 3 acre property in Liberty, Miss.  The teen mom has begun planning her wedding, which will not be a big, splashly affair, but a more intimate celebration with close friends and family.

A friend of Jamie Lynn's said to OK!:  "She loves everything about the area where she lives.  She's not going to get married at some luxury resort in the Caribbean or a hotel in Beverly Hills.  Her own backyard with just the people who matter most is more Jamie Lynn's style."

Her pal says of Jamie Lynn looking her best for the big day, "She's already down to her pre-pregnancy weight.  She has the cutest figure!"

Big sis Britney will be Jamie Lynn's maid of honor and Casey's sister Ashlee will be one of the bridesmaids.  And most likely little Maddie will be a part of the ceremony - "possibly in a basket decorated with flowers and carried into the ceremony by the bride and groom's mothers."

Wonder if they'll sell their wedding photos to?  Heck ya!
