Gwen Stefani, was looking pretty, um, huge - but still totally stylish - just a couple of days ago, but now, it looks like it's baby time for the singer and her husband, Gavin Rossdale!

Stefani, 38, was spotted arriving at a Los Angeles hospital earlier today.  She and hubby are expecting their second child, rumored to be a boy.  Baby will join big brother Kingston.
