That's really all we can say about Heidi Montag's new music video for "Overdosin,'" in which The Hills star plays an '80s aerobics instructor (or wannabe soft porn star - it's unclear) as she gyrates in spandex and sweat bands.

We wish we could make up something that good. It sort of has to be seen to be believed, so we'll just shut up and let you experience it.
