Just days after a car crash left him in serious condition, it's being reported that Actor Morgan Freeman and his wife of 24-years, Myrna Colley-Lee are divorcing.
Mississippi-based attorney Bill Luckett tells Access Hollywood the couple "are involved in a divorce action."
Freeman and his wife were married in 1984 and he his 4 children, 2 from a previous marriage and 2 from a previous relationship. He is expected to make a full recovery and is in "good spirits" at a Memphis, Tennessee hospital.

Luckett adds that "for legal and practical purposes, [Freeman and Colley-Lee] have been separated since December of 2007."
