Hayden Panettiere's father is a free man this afternoon. That's Alan's knee sticking up in the back seat of the bail bondsman's car as he hid from the press after posting the $50,000 bail amount.
He spent 10 hours in police custody after he was arrested and charged with felony domestic violence following a fight with his wife Lesley. Alan allegedly struck the Heroes star's mom in the face twice, causing "visible signs of injury."
